Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. Only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and others. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3489 of 2018 (4) dt.11-04-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Morkahi Police Station Case No.60 of 2016 (G.R.No.1272 of 2016), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
