Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he made attempt to take the victim forcibly from his house but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was dispute between the parties on the point of payment of wages and that is the reason, the informant lodged this case with exaggerated story.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
