JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction, commanding and directing the respondents to issue fresh license of stamp vendor to the petitioner on the basis of compassionate ground or transfer license no. 21/1977-78 which was issued in the name of late father of the petitioner, who died on 16.03.2021 during the period of his stamp vending in the campus of Civil Court, Khagaria."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.12893 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, District-Khagaria for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
