2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, after verification of all educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already resigned from service vide
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52893 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 letter No. 18 dated 05.06.2024 (Annexure-P-3).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P. S. Case No. 530 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
