Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused Bahadur Manjhi was allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45022 of 2016 after going through the material on the record and by a reasoned order. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6735 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kurtha Police Station Case No. 03 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
