Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation of commission of fatal injury by firearm is against co-accused Mani Paswan and Bhola Marandi. The petitioner was member of the mob. Similarly situated coaccused, namely, Manoj Sada has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27359 of 2017 (Annexure-2). Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.19169 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sonbarsa Raj Police Station Case No. 139 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
