2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 15/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is one of the conspirators along with Chanda Devi and Bittu Kumar who got the deceased killed.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2024.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the fact, this application is dismissed.
