JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 29.12.2017, seeks bail in Keshariya PS Case No. 337 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the IPC.

It is contended that it is a case of elopement, the girl eloped with one Sidharth Srivastava, another co-accused, which is reflected from the statement of the girl and the only material against the petitioner is that he had also made call on the mobile of the petitioner prior to the occurrence.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Samir Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Keshariya PS Case No. 337 of 2017.
