JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim girl has not been recovered as yet but the first information report reflects that the victim girl, herself, has left her home as she took ornaments and cash along with her at the time of leaving her home. Moreover, the accusation of taking the victim away is against co-accused Birendra Yadav with whom, as per the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the victim was in love.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46149 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No.375 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah.
