Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death. The allegation is general and omnibus. The informant has filed a petition vide Annexure-3 before the court below that the victim met with natural death and under some misinformation, the FIR was lodged.

Considering the facts as well as the fate of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
