From their talks it appears difficult that they would be able to resume their matrimonial relationship.

In such circumstances, considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 3.1.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.740 of 2010 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah.

However, from now the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1500/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 in the court below instead of Rs.750/-. The account number of the Opposite Party No.2 is 2727000100198847 of Punjab National Bank, Branch Nardiganj (Nawada) I.F.S.C.
