2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. According to FIR, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Amarjeet Soni (co-accused). The petitioners are the brothers of Amarjeet Soni. It has been alleged that, due to non-fulfillment of demand of a motorcycle, the accused persons committed the murder of the deceased. The informant received an information on 20.02.2025 from Amarjeet Soni that his daughter was unwell and that they were shifting her to the hospital. The informant went to the hospital and saw the dead body of his daughter.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the deceased. They have

No.47670 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple and have falsely been implicated merely because they are brothers of husband of the deceased. It has further been submitted that the FIR itself shows that the accused persons brought the deceased to the hospital and according to post-mortem, the strangulation marks around her neck indicate that she had committed suicide.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted under Section 304B of the IPC and there is strangulation marked around the neck of the deceased.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the deceased and having no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-Ist, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
