The name of the petitioner was disclosed to the informant by a passer-by after occurrence and after that petitioner was arrested and it is alleged that on the basis of confessional statement, motorcycle used in the alleged crime was recovered. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shukul Ram, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Supaul/ concerned court in Triveniganj P.S. Case no. 106/2015.
