The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No.102 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 420, 467, 468, 471, 384, 354 and 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me a web copy of the order dated 22.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2813 of 2021 in which a coordinate Bench of this Court has granted anticipatory bail to three accused persons, namely, Laxman Rai, Pramod Rai and Mithilesh Kumar. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5442 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 22.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2813 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S.
