2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"to set aside/quash the Ex-parte order dated 03.02.1998 passed in Case no. 532 of 1997 by Respondent no. 2 the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Vaishali, Hajipur whereby and whereunder the Respondent no. 2 was pleased to the order to make entry on the record of Land as mentioned in Schedule-I, in the name of Smt. Asha

Patna High Court CWJC No.9323 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 Devi."

3. At the outset, learned State counsel has pointed out that the order of 1998 has been challenged in the year 2017.

4. Considering the inordinate delay in which the petitioner has come to this Court, it is a fit case for dismissal with cost, since there is non appearance, the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
