The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of a country-made pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner who disclosed that the arms were given to him by one Gautam Jha. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.
