Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Submission is that specific accusation of demand of dowry and torture is against the husband of the deceased. The petitioner is father-in-law. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of dowry death. The husband is already in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Thakaraha (Bhitaha) Police
