Petitioners are accused in connection with Siwan R.P.F. P.S. Case No. 11 of 2006 registered under Sections 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act.
Earlier, prayer of the petitioners for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37053 of 2017 on 01.09.2017. The occurrence is of the year 2006 and the petitioners were absconding for about 11 years.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are in custody since 28.04.2017 and 22.04.2017 respectively. The charge has already

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. (Railway) Sonepur (Saran) in connection with Siwan Rail P.F Case No. 1686 of 2011.
