JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that vide order dated 11.07.2014, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail and notice was issued to the opposite party no.2.

It appears that notice has been received by the mother of opposite party no.2 and the notice issued under registered cover has not been returned un-served as yet.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.07.2014 is confirmed. The petitioner will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28318 of 2014 (3) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali P.S. Case No.92/2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the other following conditions : 1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
