JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-08-2017 The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for issuance of a mandamus directing the respondent to release the truck of the petitioner bearing registration No. BHZ 931 as the same has been seized by Station House Officer, Dehri (T) Police Station, Rohtas, without instituting any criminal case against the petitioner.

In paragraph-8 of the counter affidavit, it is stated that the truck bearing registration No. BHZ 931 has not been seized by the Dehri (T) Police and no such truck is lying/standing in the premise of Ansari Building, Dehri.
