In the present writ petition, petitioner has made a prayer for release of fund for the work completed by him in installing the LED Light in different wards of Nagar Panchayat, Warsaliganj, Nawada.

The Government has taken a decision for installation of LED Light at different places of Warsaliganj. In pursuance thereof out of four persons petitioner was found to be the lowest

Patna High Court CWJC No.16795 of 2016 dt.19-01-2017 bidder to install LED Light at different assigned places of Nagar Panchayat. After receipt of the work order petitioner has installed LED Light, complaint has been made in the present case that no payment has been made.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that amount has already been released to Nagar Panchayat and it is Nagar Panchayat who after its inspection would release the amount to the petitioner.

In view of the fair stand taken by the State, Nagar Panchayat Walsaliganj, Nawada is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found that petitioner has completed his work as per satisfaction the admitted amount should be released to the petitioner. If the petitioner would not satisfy with the amount paid, he will be at liberty to take action in accordance with law. The amount should be released to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
