The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amanaur P.S. Case No. 351 of 2024, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 115(2), 109, 333, 76, 303, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The prosecution case, in short, is that, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons entered the house of the informant, assaulted her daughter-in-laws with ill intent, and physically attacked her when she tried to intervene. Her sons were also brutally beaten with weapons, causing serious

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that there is delay of nine days in lodging the FIR. There is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner, rather the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Both the parties are next door neighbour. Injury of the injured is found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 27-04-2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Other co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16-06-2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36213 of 2025. 5.

Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
