Petitioners and three others offered bribe to the two police officials, who arrested two persons in connection with Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is not specific who offered the bribe and moreover, one co-accused Bhola Prasad @ Bhola Sao having similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court.
