1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86610 of 2024, whereby the present petitioners has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before a learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are brick-kiln labourers by profession and they had gone to another brick-kiln at Jharkhand to earn their
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49909 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 livelihood and due to lack of information and communication, they could not surrender before the concerned Court within the time granted by this Court. He, accordingly, prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the concerned Court.
4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63805 be extended by further two weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
