2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner abused and assaulted the informant. Co-accused Munshi Yadav and Ravindra Yadav fired shot, which hit the labour of the informant, namely, Samudra Devi, who received bullet injury and later on she became unconscious.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he has

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
