JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Spl.P.P. for the Vigilance and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that at the time of appointment of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher, his entire certificate was verified properly by the authorities concerned. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Case No. 54 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
