The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341,323,354,467,468 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (x) (xi) of the S.C. and S.T. Act. The informant alleged that she purchased a piece of land of Khata No.26, Plot No.427, area 13.05 decimals through a sale deed from Nathun Yadav, father of the petitioner. When the informant went to her land, the petitioner is alleged to have abused the informant by naming her caste and also assaulted her. It is submitted that there is a dispute between the father and son for partition of the land and the father of the petitioner executed the sale deed of the land of the share of the petitioner.
