The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 30.11.2015 by which the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, has refused to release the Tractor No. BR 27-2389 and Trailer No. BR27-2390 seized in connection with Nadriganj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015.
It appears that since the original owner who was the husband of the Petitioner is no more, the Court was reluctant to release the vehicles. Since the vehicles are perishable items, the Court below is directed to check up the documents of the vehicles and satisfy itself that the Petitioner is the wife of the original owner and, thereafter, release the vehicles within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order on such bonds as it
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.34 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 deems fit.
With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed off.
