The petitioner has been in custody since 13.12.2017 in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier arrested in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2016 and though the first information report of the present case is against unknown, the petitioner is implicated in connection with the present case on his self-statement made before the police. It is further submitted that such statement has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that till date no T.I. Parade has been made.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5410 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st ACJM, Saran in connection with Janta Bazar P.S.
