The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that FIR named co-accused persons took the informant's brother with them. Thereafter his dead body was recovered. Informant further alleged that two months prior to this occurrence co-accused Akhilesh Ray, his wife and petitioner had brutally assaulted informant's brother. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No.59794 of 2021(3) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 the deceased from mobile no. 8226812506, the SIM of which is registered in the name of Bablu.Jamadar which was being used by the petitioner and other co-accused persons. Petitioner is unmarried girl and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Samastipur in Shahpur Patori Police Station Case No. 427 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
