Petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor anything is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. It appears that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case, except the above-said material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
