The petitioner filed this writ petition praying therein to direct the Collector, Patna to send his petition filed under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 before the competent court for apportionment of compensation.

The petition under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been filed on 05.12.2016, but the same is yet pending before the Collector.

Thus, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Patna to send the petition of the petitioner filed under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 before the appropriate court for disposal of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
