JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court with an observation that to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months. From perusal of the records, it appears that prosecution evidence has already been closed on 17.08.2017 itself but thereafter the accused persons started absconding and as such the case is fixed for appearance of accused, Md. Salman. The learned trial Court prays for time to conclude the trial. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3325 of 2018 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 learned trial Court is directed to hold the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. It is also directed, if necessary, for separating the case of the petitioner from the case of the other accused persons.
