2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief/s;

"a.) For issuance of Writ in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities for payment of admitted dues of Rs. 6,27,150/- (Six Lakhs Twenty-Seven Thousand and One Hundred Fifty Rupees) to the Petitioner for work done by them known as Skill Development and Vocational

b.) For issuance of Writ in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent authorities for payment of admitted dues of Rs. 6,27,150/- (Six Lakhs Twenty-Seven Thousand and One Hundred Fifty Rupees) with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the due date to date of actual payment.

c.) For any other relief or reliefs which the petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

During course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the statement made by the respondent- BBOSE in paragraph 11 of the counter affidavit, in which, respondent has stated that altogether an amount of Rs. 2,19,945/- is payable to the petitioner. However, in the present writ application, petitioner claims payment of Rs. 6,27,150/-. He further submits that he has filed the rejoinder to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent and in paragraph 4 of the rejoinder to the counter affidavit, the petitioner has restricted his claim to the tune of Rs. 2,19,945/- in consonance with the statement made by the respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has also filed the representation dated 08.05.2026 (Annexure P/9) before the concerned authority, but till date no action has been taken by

In such view of the matter and in the interest of justice, it would be appropriate to dispose of this writ application directing the respondents to make payment of admissible dues of Rs. 2,19,945/- to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
