The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 499 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
