JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of Indian Penal Code.

After the recovery of the kidnapped girl, her statement was recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. in which she has completely denied the prosecution case and has stated that she herself left the house and went to Nagaland where she got married with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49792 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Sakari P. S.
