JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is filed by the petitioner in the nature of mandamus and other(s)/ writ(s) for order(s)/ direction(s) to the respondents:- (i) To abolish the illegal construction made by the private respondent no.- 5 and 6 on the land of the Bihar Govt., which is under

(ii) To enquire into the matter by the DM level that the petitioner submitted letters to respondents concerned but no action has been taken till today.

(iii) To give litigation cost of Rs. 25000/- to the petitioner as the respondents compelled the petitioner to come before this Hon'ble High Court for redressal of the reliefs."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
