2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That, this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to correct the voter list of Amas Vyapar Mandal Cooperative Society Limited by

Patna High Court CWJC No.10421 of 2017 dt.08-08-2017 2/2 deleting the name of voters of Bankey Bazar Vyapar Mandal Cooperative Society as both are separate society but voter list is common and/or to grant any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of the Court to a representation filed by him before the Block Development Officer-cum-Returning Officer, Amas in the district of Gaya through registered post on 23.06.2017. It was submitted that the same is still pending and be directed to be considered.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose off the objection filed by the petitioner, copy of which is at Annexure-2 to the writ application, expeditiously, and within a maximum period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him.
