The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 313 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of cruelty against the informant (Opposite Party No.2) due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner undertakes to pay an amount of Rs. 6,000/- ( six thousand) per month to the informant (Opposite Party No.2) as interim maintenance in the first week of every

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5642 of 2021(9) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 month, which will commence from the month of April 2022 and said amount will be deposited in the account of informant (Opposite Party No.2).

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant (Opposite Party No.2) has accepted the offer of the petitioner and undertakes to provide bank account details of the informant to the petitioner as early as possible. Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 776 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
