02. 12.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 566 of 2015 (G.R. No. 2318 of 2015) registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 353, 363, 427, 188, 379, 332, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner who is said to have committed high-handed against the Government functionary, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
