Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that after three and half month of the occurrence, the wife of the deceased stated before the police that she had seen the petitioner sitting on the chest of her husband and co-accused cutting the throat of her husband. Other coaccused, having similar allegation, has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54470 of 2017.

No.11448 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barari (Semapur) Police Station Case No. 29 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
