The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a)/34, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2018.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 800 pouches of country-made liquor was recovered from the tempo which was being driven by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 31.01.2018. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22729 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 Judge, Excise Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
