The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

533.16 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house, which is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 113 of 2020.
