2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Darbhanga (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that, in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, the victim did not support the prosecution case.

5. The victim is minor aged about 16 years according

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Presently, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the same is hereby rejected.

8. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charges before the court below itself.
