This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Penal Code. There is allegation that the deceased has been done to death and the dead body cremated. The learned counsel for the State submits that in the entire case diary except suspicion there is nothing.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Kumar IV, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City.
