JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the possession of the petitioner, two keys of Hero Honda motorcycle and two mobiles were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was apprehended when seizure was made but the police released him and only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in one other case of theft. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3090 of 2016 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, Siwan.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
