JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 03-08-2017 The grievance made by the petitioner in the petition in public interest is with regard to irregularity said to have been committed by respondent Nos. 6 and 7, it is a matter of enquiry in allotting the work of repairing of LED Solar light in the area in question to the respondent No. 8.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the fact that the petitioner has already taken up the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10640 of 2017 (2) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 issue to the District Magistrate, Respondent No. 3, we direct the District Magistrate to look into the matter and take action into the matter in accordance with law.

Needless to emphasize that we have not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. It is expected from the respondent No. 3 to proceed in accordance with law and do the needful within a reasonable period.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
