The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 71 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation petitioners cheated the informant/complainant of Rs. 7,00,000/- on the pretext of providing her job of Nurse in Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital, Delhi.

There is no chit of paper available on the record which shows that petitioners committed cheating with the informant/complainant. In fact, petitioner no. 1 married his daughter with the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the complainant, against whom and his family, petitioner no. 1 has filed a complaint before Incharge crime against women Rohini, Delhi. To put pressure petitioners have been made accused in this case. Petitioners have got clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 71 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
