JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-12-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if this Court directs the Competent Authoritycum- District Land Acquisition Officer, Kaimur at Bhabhua to dispose of pending representation dated 06.09.2021 filed by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Competent Authoritycum- District Land Acquisition Officer, Kaimur at Bhabhua is

Patna High Court CWJC No.17653 of 2021(4) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 directed to dispose of the representation dated 06.09.2021 (Annexure-7 to this writ petition) filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is clarified that the direction for disposal of the representation of the petitioner does not mean that this Court has directed to allow the claims of the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Competent Authority-cum-District Land Acquisition Officer, Kaimur at Bhabhua, he will be at liberty to challenge the same in appropriate forum/Court if permissible under the law. This order has been passed after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Corporation, who argued that this writ petition is not maintainable.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
