2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan (Tilkeshwar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 registered under Sections 302, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. At the outset, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioner has been declared absconder and process of Section 83 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court.

4. Having considered the fact that the process of Section 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the above named petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53954 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected as not maintainable.
